We do not offer any refunds for subscriptions, services, or payments made on our platform. Once a payment is processed under SutraSarthi Strategic Solution LLP, it is considered final and non-refundable.


2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, the following conditions apply:

    You must email your cancellation request to hello@cloudcircle.in at least 15 days before the renewal date of your subscription.

  2. Termination of Services:
    Upon receiving your cancellation request, our support team will process the request, and all services assigned to your company will be terminated by the renewal date.

  3. Future Billing:
    Companies that cancel their subscription will not be charged for the next billing cycle following the successful termination of services.

  4. Payment Processing:
    All payments are processed under SutraSarthi Strategic Solution LLP, and cancellations are also governed by its terms.

To cancel your subscription:

  2. Include your company name, registered email address, and reason for cancellation.
